We currently have 3 smaller office spaces and 2 larger, open concept spaces available for lease. Pricing will vary based on current market prices, as well as the needs of the potential tenant, with possible discounts for multiple leased spaces. We also offer office furniture (chairs, desks, shelves) to all of our tenants. These items are available on a first come, first serve basis; please inquire about availability.
All spaces include Wi-Fi, utilities, onsite trash disposal and recycling, parking, and 24/7 building and space access and can be designed to fit your style! We love to see the personality of our tenants and their businesses shine through in their spaces.
Room 103 & 106 (Not pictured)
- Room 103 is a small, interior office with windows to the hallway, located in the West Wing on the 1st Floor, just off center of the building. It’s close to an accessible entrance and features a wall mounted chalk board, with storage closets across the hall that can be made available to tenants.
- Room 106 is similar in size, but slightly smaller. Interior office space, no windows. A completely blank slate waiting to be brought to life! Photos coming soon!
Room 309
- Room 308 is a compact office space located between the 3rd and 4th Floors. This unique space is carpeted and could be used for a variety of purposes and has windows facing Holland St., which provide great natural lighting, mountings for adjustable shelves, and is a relatively quiet space that offers privacy to the tenant.
Room 107 (The Fitness Room)
- Room 107 is located on the 1st Floor in the West Wing and is ideal for businesses that don’t mind a bit of noise, as the space is located directly under The Gym. It features polished concrete floors, lots of natural lighting, and two entrances/exits. This room is located between two exterior building entrances, one of which is an accessible entrance, and is close to the elevator.

Room 101 (The Creation Station)
- Room 101, also known as the Creation Station, is an industrial style space located in the East Wing on the 1st Floor. It’s perfect for a maker or artist who needs studio space or room for multiple projects, and is located right next to the Quincy Garage Makerspace.
- There is 240v power available, as well as a sink, lots of natural lighting, built in work benches, and is close to our lower parking lot.
